Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Aviation Creator Pipeline ("the application", "we") handles data. The application is a private, self-hosted tool operated by an individual creator to publish that creator's own aviation and travel videos and photos to that creator's own social media accounts. It is not a public service, has no other end users, and does not offer accounts to anyone else.

1. Who operates this application

2. What the application does

The application takes the operator's own footage, prepares social-media versions of it, and—on the operator's explicit instruction—publishes posts to social platforms the operator has personally connected and authorized (Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). All publishing is initiated by the operator.

3. Data the application accesses

• Connected social accounts (Meta/Facebook & Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). When the operator authorizes a platform, the application receives an access token for the operator's own pages and professional accounts. It uses this solely to publish the operator's content and to read basic delivery information (e.g. whether a post succeeded, and basic insights for the operator's own posts).
• Media files. The operator's own videos and images that the operator chooses to publish.

The application does not access, collect, or store data belonging to any other person. It does not read other users' private messages, contacts, or personal information.

4. How data is used

Accessed data is used only to create and publish the operator's posts and to confirm they were delivered. The application does not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

5. Data retention

• Media: Files staged for publishing are transient. Once a post is published they are deleted from temporary storage, with an automatic cleanup rule removing any residual file within 24 hours.
• Access tokens: Stored only on the operator's private, self-hosted server, used to publish on the operator's behalf, and removed when the operator disconnects a platform.

6. Data sharing & processors

To function, content is transmitted to the social platforms the operator publishes to (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and may be temporarily hosted on Cloudflare R2 so the platforms can retrieve the media for publishing. These providers process the data only to deliver the operator's posts. No other sharing occurs.

7. Your choices & revoking access

The operator can revoke the application's access at any time from the connected platform's settings, for example: Facebook & Instagram via Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites; Google/YouTube via myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access; TikTok via Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. Revoking access immediately stops all use of that platform's data.

8. Children

The application is not directed to children and does not knowingly process any data relating to children.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
